At Olancraftworks, all baskets are handwoven after your order is placed. We do not keep mass-produced stock — every piece is uniquely crafted by skilled artisans in Bolgatanga, Ghana.

✅ Processing (Weaving) Time: 10–18 business days

✅ Delivery Estimate: Most orders arrive within 15–28 days via Ghana Post or EMS

(Please note: remote destinations or weather delays may extend delivery slightly.)

📦 What to Expect

You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase

Once your basket is woven, we’ll email your tracking details

Baskets may arrive gently flattened and include easy reshaping instructions

🎨 Natural Variations in Color & Size

Because each basket is individually handcrafted, slight variations in color tone, pattern layout, and sizing may occur. The color and size you select from the product list will be closely followed, but may not be 100% identical to the photo — this is part of the charm and uniqueness of handmade artistry.
